Coach Pitch

• Ages 7-9*
• Practices 1-2 times per week decided by team parents
• Games Thursdays 6 or 7:30 pm @ Shadow Creek Sports Complex!
• Parents work together to coach the players
• 1 parent needed to be Team Coordinator

*as of September 1, 2019; Advanced 6 year olds can play up

​Game Format / Rules:

• Batting team Parent pitches
• Fielding team Parent Catches - NEW for 2020 player Catching position!
• 5 pitches per bat - no Hit = Out
• 3 outs = end of half inning
• Score keeping:  A maximum five run rule per half inning is in effect for all divisions
• Game time: 5 innings or 75 minutes, whichever comes first​
• Every player bats and fields

Practice Guidelines:

• Collect info on other sports involved, and set practice around schedules
• At least 1 practice per week, 90 minutes max
